Our specialties are the fish of the lake and sea and many kinds of traditional dishes of the place, in particular you'll can enjoy "The eel with Vernaccia", a dish mentioned by Dante Alighieri in his most famous work, or the "Tonnarelli all'Amalasunta", a first course of fish from the lake which takes its name from Amalasunta princess, daughter of Theodoric and queen of the Goths, that at the death of his father became heir of the kingdom and died after being trapped on the island Martana in the middle of Lake Bolsena.

The wine list offers the best selection of Italian wines with a particular focus on local wines of Latium (Est! Est! Est!) and Tuscany.
