The origins of the Trattoria del Moro, date back to 1949 when, in that year, exactly in the same spot where it still stands, is started the activity of a small bar, called in slang "kiosk ".

The restaurant takes its name from its founder, known and respected figure between the inhabitants of Bolsena, nicknamed "Moro" (the Moor), the father of current owner, who, with his family is carrying on the tradition.

Over time, the business has grown and from a small kiosk, we have become a bar with ice cream production as well as a pizzeria and restaurant at present time.
