All our dishes are seasoned only with extra-virgin olive oil that we produce in our family farm.

The olive grove is located on the hills of Bolsena, overlooking the lake, in order to enjoy of the influence of the temperate climate.

Our olive-oil is produced by crushing olives of different qualities, including: "Leccino", "Maurino", "Frantoio" and "Olivella".

It is possible to find our extra virgin olive oil directly at the restaurant.
